We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team in the Employment of Record (EOR) industry. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and driving significant revenue growth for our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan focused on new client acquisition within the EOR industry.
  • Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into satisfied, long-term clients.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client pain points and present customized EOR solutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value proposition of our services.
  • Negotiate and close deals with key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the EOR industry, including market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members (if applicable).
  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales in service industry, preferably within the Human Resources or EOR (Employment of Record) industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the EOR industry and its value proposition (not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to do international travel as needed (optional, depending on the company).
